One of the many kinds of things I enjoy making are birds and nests...These are some birds that were in progress a while ago - since then they have all been finished and found homes. Meanwhile, I always have several birds and nests in progress.

(I have always loved the poetry of ee cummings. This is part of one that I have memorized.)
