Carrot Cake with Carnelians

Carrot Cake is one of my favorite kinds of cake...so I just had to make one as a "faux gateau" - the center of it features a little carrot I made with a carrot-shaped piece of carnelian and a green glass leaf bead.  This one is in a private collection.
